This chapter has discussed how to work with recipients, the destination of all Exchange interactions. You learned about three of the four basic types of recipients in Exchange 2000 Server: users, groups, and contacts, including how to create and configure each of them. You also learned how to search for recipients in various ways, how to create a template that can serve as a model for creating recipients, how to create policies that you apply to recipients, and how to create address lists that group recipients in different ways. Exchange clients use address lists to generate address books. The next chapter looks at the fourth type of recipient available in an Exchange organization: the public folder.
