What's Next?

The next chapter tackles the subject of testing. Although those who perform test and quality assurance roles are the obvious audience for this chapter, the notion of testing with iterative processes is different enough that developers and project managers may want to peruse it as well. I discuss how testing differs from traditional lifecycle models. I also address issues common in some outsourcing situations, such as the testing team being in a separate organizational group from the development team.
