Initial Feedback


A number of days after the system was operational, TSC sent a follow-up email to the client to discuss the new system and how it was performing. In reality, if there were problems with the system, then the client would obviously be in constant communication with TSC until the challenges were solved.

TSC received an email from WalkAbout saying that it accepted the invoice and would promptly pay it, due to the professional way in which the project had been developed. WalkAbout also said that it looked forward to confirming a date for the post-implementation meeting. As the feedback was positive, the email was forwarded to the developers and the designer, and they were thanked for their enthusiastic approach to the development of the chat system.

A number of days passed, and the payment arrived in the mail. It was for the full amount.

The payment was received by the accounts clerk, and a follow-up email was sent to organize a meeting to discuss any outstanding issues and to get feedback on the perception of the project from the customer's viewpoint.
