Unacceptable Instant Messaging and E-Mail Use

Employees may not use the IM or e-mail systems for personal gain or advancement of individual views. Solicitation of noncompany business, or any use of the IM or e-mail systems for personal gain is strictly prohibited. Employees are prohibited from using IM or e-mail to disrupt business operations, sabotage the organization, or interfere with employee productivity.
