Develop ongoing activities to reinforce training among executives, managers, and employees. Send policy reminders via instant messaging and e-mail. Hold periodic training sessions to update employees on new IM rules and policy changes. Make annual IM policy training mandatory for all executives and staff. Post policy updates on the company’s Intranet site.
