The Porting Scenario

This example looks at a simple implementation of the Retailer-Warehouse interaction from the WS-I SCM example and builds them in C#. The Retailer can be considered the client of the Warehouse for an asynchronous call to the ShipGoods Web method. The sequence diagram for this interaction can be seen in Figure 16-4.

The contract between the Retailer and each Warehouse is identical, so for simplicity it just codes a single Warehouse service and consumes it.
