First and foremost, I would like to thank my darling wife (Wendy) for putting up with me during the authoring of this book. You will always be the love of my life and my one and only soul mate. It is difficult to give up even a moment of time away from you and the kids to embark on personal endeavors such as writing a technical publication. Although we can never recover this time lost, I personally want to thank you for being a good sport and making sure the kids never missed a beat. You are a great woman and I am so blessed to be your husband.

I would also like to thank my mother (Adeline Ferguson) for supporting me during my most challenging times, teaching me to hold my head high, and helping me to believe that anything is possible in life. To my father (Orville Vaudie "Mike" Ferguson), I look forward to sometime in the future when I will join you in heaven and we can spend quality time together. Growing up without you is not easy but I dare not question God's good will.
