A number of sample databases are used as illustrations for various chapters; and three of my add-ins are also used to enhance database functionality; the chapters where the sample databases and add-ins are used are listed in the table below. In the case of add-ins, they may also be mentioned briefly in other chapters; the listed chapters are the ones where the use of the add-in is described in detail.
