No Record of Attachments

When I print out an email message with attached files, I don't see any record of the attached files in the printout. How can I have a line within the email tell me what files were attached?

When you print an email message with an attachment, the record of the attachment won't print if your email format is HTML. The workaround is to change the message format to either rich text or plain text before your print the message. Even though that can be a bit of a hassle, it's the only way to print a record of the attachment sent with the message. To change the message format of a received message, select Edit Message from the message's Edit menu. Then select the Format menu and choose your message format.

No Flag Reminders

I set a reminder on a Quick Flag and the date and time for the reminder passed, but the reminder didn't trigger. Why not?

Occasionally, reminders can corrupt. When this happens, no reminders will trigger for appointments, meetings, events, or Quick Flags. To fix this problem, close Outlook. Click Start, Run and type outlook.exe /cleanreminders in the Run box. Click OK. This should clean the corrupt reminder and allow future reminders to trigger.
