The default view for the Contact list is Contacts.
This view lists your contacts in alphabetical order (either by first name or last name depending on what you chose in the Preferences) with their e-mail, phone, and company information. You can change the sort order by clicking on the Name column.
Click on Contacts by Category. The Contacts by Category view will appear.
The Contacts by Category view organizes all of your contacts by category.
Click on the triangle next to the category name to expand the view.
Click on Groups. The Groups view will appear.
The Groups view lists all of the personal groups that you have created. Personal groups are useful for when you send e-mails to the same group of people on a regular basis. You can change the sort order of the groups by clicking on the Group or Category column.
Click on Birthdays & Anniversaries. The Birthdays & Anniversaries view will appear.
The Birthdays & Anniversaries view lists all of the contacts for which you have entered birth dates or anniversary dates. This view can be used as a reminder to send cards throughout the year.
Click on Advanced. The Advanced view will expand.
There are five other views under the Advanced section.
The items in these views should not be changed unless you are an experienced Lotus Notes user or under the direction of your System Administrator.
