You can use Group Calendars to quickly see if people in a certain group are free or busy at a certain time.
This view shows the group calendars that you have created.
Click on the down arrow next to Calendar in the upper-left corner of your calendar.
Select View & Create Group Calendars. The Group Calendars view will open.
There are five buttons at the top of the Group Calendar view.
New Group Calendar. Create a new Group Calendar.
Edit. Edit the existing Group Calendar that you have highlighted in the view.
Delete. Delete the existing Group Calendar that you have highlighted in the view.
Tools. Contains Preferences.
Close Group Calendars. Takes you back to the Calendar view.
Here you will learn how to create your own group calendars.
Click on the New Group Calendar button. The New Group Calendar dialog box opens.
Type in a title for your new Group Calendar.
Click on the arrow at the bottom-right corner of the Members box to select the Members of the Group Calendar. This will bring up the Name and Address Book for you to choose Members from.
Highlight the Members you want to add.
Click on the Add button to move the members to the right side. Repeat for the rest of the people you want to add.
Click on OK when you are finished and you will be returned to the New Group Calendar dialog box.
Click on OK and your new Group Calendar will appear.

Close. This will close the Group Calendar and return you to the Group Calendar view.
Members. Allows you to add or remove members from the Group Calendar.
Display Options. Allows you to set the starting time and duration for the Group Calendar.
Print Preview. Allows you to preview and print a Group Calendar.
