Bookmarks are a way of keeping all of the databases you work with in Lotus Notes organized where you can find them quickly and easily.
Let's add a bookmark for a database.
Click on File. The File menu will appear.
Click on Database. The Database menu will appear.
Click on Open. The Open Database dialog box will appear.
Click on the arrow in the Server field. A list of servers will drop down.
Choose the server where the database you want to bookmark is located. The server will then appear in the Server field.
Scroll through the database list and click on the database title that you want to bookmark.
Click on the Bookmark button. The Add Bookmark dialog box will appear.
Choose which folder you want the bookmark to appear in on the Bookmark Bar.
Click on OK. The Open Database dialog box will reappear.
Click on Cancel. You will be returned to the Welcome Page.
Click on the folder on the Bookmark Bar where you placed the database. The folder will open.
Click on the database title in the folder. The database will open.
