User
User username
[ server config , or within <VirtualHost>]
Specifies the user you want the Apache server to process requests as. Either a username or user ID can be specified; a user ID should be preceded by a hash mark (#). Setting this to root is highly discouraged. Many administrators create a user nobody for Apache.
