Exercise 40: Young and Forest

Young and Forest is a small company with a revolving door for system administrators. As a consultant to the company, you are often brought in to fill in during times when they are in the hiring process. This time, they hired an administrator with no previous experience, but who comes highly recommended by his father, the company vice president.

You have been assigned the task of showing the new employee how to verify the status of the network. Because he has no experience at the command line, show how the network status and configuration can be done through YaST and also how desktop editors can be used to examine configuration files.
