Customizing Shortcut Menus


Changing shortcut menus can be a little tricky at first. Let’s begin by opening the Customize dialog box again and using the Toolbars tab to activate the Shortcut Menus command bar. Doing this will show all the available shortcut menus. Assuming you are in the Database window, you should see the shortcut menus shown here.

If you click on one of the menus, you will see the command menus that are available. For instance, if you click on Query, you will see the options shown in Figure 4-7.

Here you can add or delete items by clicking and dragging the command in question in much the same way as you clicked and dragged buttons off the toolbar. If there is another level of submenu, you can expand that and, if necessary, add or delete commands also.
