Add Music to a DVD Title Menu

Rather than individually change each element of the menu, you can set a predefined menu style within MyDVD and then change only the elements you want. Of course, you start out with the default menu style, and if you like it, there is no need to change it.

You can set a menu style for each menu individually or you can set the style for the entire project. You want to set the menu style before you add any of your own elements because a new style replaces any background photos or audio options you have set.

Note

The menu style changes the font and style of the text objects, the number and placement of the video preview windows, and the color and style of the background.

Set the DVD Menu Style

select Menu or Submenu

To set the menu style, select a menu or submenu in the Project View area.

Click Change Menu Style

After you have selected a menu or submenu, click Change Menu Style to bring up the Select Menu Style window.

Select Menu Style

From within the Select Menu Style window, select the style you want to use for the menu.

Set Apply Style to Option

After you have selected a style, you have the option of applying that style to the current menu only or to the entire project. Selecting Entire project is very useful to change the style of the entire DVD at once. However, if you only want to set the style for one specific menu, select Current menu only. After you have set the apply option, click the OK button to apply the style to the project.
