Summary

This chapter described the detailed steps for configuring secure wireless access using the PEAP-MS-CHAP v2 authentication protocol. Computers running Windows 2000 or Windows Server 2003 are used in the authentication infrastructure for domain controllers and RADIUS servers (running IAS). A computer certificate is installed on each IAS server. Windows wireless clients are configured to use PEAP-MS-CHAP v2 authentication and the root CA certificate for the computer certificates that are installed on the IAS servers.
