Handling Errors and Debugging Programs
The Throwback program we wrote in Chapter 6, "Arrays and Collections in Visual Basic .NET," is pretty simple, and you might think that our work with it is done. After all, what could possibly go wrong in such a simple program? We added some error checking to the program by determining the array bounds and converting the text input to an integer value. What else could go wrong? Plenty, actually, so before you congratulate yourself on a job well done, let's take a minute to think about all the ways a user can thwart your hard work.
