Unable to Save to Web Folder

I am trying to save my files to a Web Folder, and I am getting an error message saying that the folder is inaccessible.

This message indicates that you might have broken Web Folders. Web Folders are complicated components of Windows, and they can be damaged quite easily. When that happens, repairing them is not easy. However, Microsoft has written a Knowledge Base article that can assist you in repairing them.

vti_cnf Folder Not Visible

I am trying to delete the .fp_folder_info file from a thicket folder, but I cannot see the _vti_cnf folder.

The _vti_cnf folder is a hidden folder. If you cannot see it, in Windows Explorer, select Tools, Folder Options and click the View tab. Select the Show Hidden Files and Folders options and click OK.
