Web development is no longer a solo task. Entire teams need to be brought together to produce the average Web site, and FrontPage provides the tools to make such collaboration possible. The most powerful tool in collaboration is the Tasks view, which allows a central location for everyone involved in the site design to view and interact with tasks specifically assigned to them. An example of the task screen can be seen in Figure 2.28. Figure 2.28. The Tasks view allows a quick peek at all tasks assigned to a specific Web project. In addition to the Tasks view, FrontPage 2003 allows individual files to be tagged with project specific information such as workgroup, users, and review status. An example of this can be seen in Figure 2.29. Figure 2.29. Every file can be assigned category, assignment, and review status information through the Workgroup tab of any file's Properties dialog box.
