81. Zoom In and Out with the Overview PaletteBEFORE YOU BEGIN Just jump right in. SEE ALSO 80 Zoom In and Out with the Zoom Tool 83 Magnify Your Work In the last task, you learned how to zoom in or out using the Zoom tool and its buttons on the Tool Options palette. However, if the Overview palette is displayed, you can use it to zoom in and out without changing to the Zoom tool first. TIP Another way you can zoom without changing to the Zoom tool first is to use the scroll wheel on your mouse (if it has one). Scroll the wheel forward to zoom in; scroll it backward to zoom out.
NOTE You might have noticed the "do not" red slash/circle on the Actual Size icon and wondered, "Will this blow something up if I click it?" The answer is nothe symbol simply means, "no magnification," or 100% zoom. |
