New Options for Business-to-Business (B2B) Web Sites

Companies are now using Web sites to conduct business with their suppliers (business-to-business). Collaboration techniques (Web conferencing, instant messaging, teamrooms, and so on) are becoming options. Figures 15-18 and 15-19 show the type of Web conferencing and instant messaging options that can be added using Lotus collaboration tools. The screen shots are from the demo server for a Web conferencing service IBM offers out of a San Jose, California, farm based on Lotus Web Conferencing and Lotus Instant Messaging tools.
