Bibliography

This book isn't a scientific text, it's a how-to manual, so I am intentionally avoiding a long list of papers and documentation that's hard to obtain or too technical for daily use. This is a list of common books that make up a decent library of user research and user-centered development material. If you're interested in the more technical or historical aspects of each of these subjects, additional information can be found in the bibliographies of each of these books.
