About the Authors

Tay Kratzer has supported GroupWise for 14 years in various capacities . At Novell he worked as a support engineer for some of Novell's larger customer sites. He is the author of several GroupWise books and articles. Tay is a Novell Master CNE, and in 2000 he was presented with the highest achievement award from the Software Support Professional Association. He is the lead practice manager for GWAVA's Linux Professional Services division. Tay also programs solutions that integrate with Novell's GroupWise.

Tay lives in Utah with his wife, Dr. Irina Kratzer, and their four children, Anastasia, Lindy, Dallin, and Wesley. He maintains a website to support this book and GroupWise topics at: www.taykratzer.com. Tay's email address is taykratzer@taykratzer.com.

Erno de Korte has been supporting GroupWise since it was called WordPerfect Office. As an MCNE and MCNI, he has been training and consulting on GroupWise throughout the world. Erno has been a speaker at many conferences and has a special interest in products that integrate with GroupWise in the areas of document management, workflow, CRM, and PDAs. He is the author of many articles for a large number of magazines, including GroupWise Advisor magazine and Novell Cool Solutions. Erno is one of the leading figures of GroupWiseR (http://www.groupwiser.com), an international initiative to combine the energy of hundreds of GroupWise enthusiasts to promote GroupWise. Erno holds a degree in technical information science from the Technical University in Delft, the Netherlands. He lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and is the father of two boys, Marcel and Rmon.
