There are certainly a lot of avenues open to developing and archiving your code library. Components, behaviors, commands (as well as the entire JSFL programming language) are all available as ways to reduce rework . The one tip I can offer is that you don't have to use them all from the start. First, just understand what all is available and how it might help you. Then, when a need arises later you should be able to take the time necessary to build your code library.

Regardless of what you expected from this book, I hope you feel better off than when you started. I wanted to include a mix of details as well as an overall thought process or attitude behind building rich Internet applications. I figure technical details are nothing without a good idea, and a great idea is nothing without a way to apply it. At this point, I hope you don't think this is the last word. I'm sure, for me, my best RIA is yet to be built.
