iMovie HD: MULTIPLE CLIPS IN THE SAME MOVIE

If you want the same clip to appear in multiple places within the same movie, here's a quick trick to make it fast and easy. Click on the clip in the Clip Viewer, then press Command-C to copy the clip into memory. Then go up to the Clips pane, click on any random clip up there, and press Command-V (Paste). Don't worryit doesn't paste over that clip, instead it pastes a copy of the clip right beside it. (In the example shown here, I copied a clip from the Clip Viewer, then I clicked on the second clip down on the left in the Clips pane, and pasted the copied clip.) Now you can drag this copy down to your Clip Viewer. If you need more copies, use the same trick.
