Sherlock: YOUR CHANNEL JUST ONE CLICK AWAY

If you were thinking, "There's got to be a faster way to get to the channel I need," there is. At least after you do this one thing. Open Sherlock and double-click on the channel you want (so, if you find yourself using the Phone Book a lot, double-click on Phone Book). Then go under the Channel menu and choose Make a Shortcut. This brings up a Save dialog, and I recommend you save this file to your desktop (and/or drag it to your Dock). Once you've done that, you can close Sherlock. The next time you want to get to the Phone Book, just double-click this file and it will launch Sherlock, taking you right to the Phone Book. One click to get right where you want to go.
