OPENING GOOGLE RESULTS IN A SEPARATE WINDOW

By default, when you do a Web search using Safari's built-in Google Search field, the results of your search replace what was currently in your browser window. That's okay unless you're using that search to look up something relating to the page that you were on (which seems to happen, at least to me, more often than not). Here's a way around that: Once you enter your search term in the Google Search field, instead of hitting Return (or Enter), press Command-Return, and the Google results will open in their own separate window. (Note: If you have Tabbed Browsing turned on, it will open the results in a separate tab.)
