ADD COLOR TO YOUR SHADOWS

Adding color to a shadow is a quick way to give any layout a nice design twist. Matching the shadow to a surrounding color or other graphic element is a great way to tie the layout together. Click on the Add a Layer Style icon (the black circle with the little "" in it) and choose Drop Shadow. Click on the Color Swatch and select a color from your image by moving your cursor over the image (your cursor will turn into an Eyedropper) and clicking on the color. You can edit the shadow settings to achieve the desired results. If you want to put another artsy twist on it (and we do), make a custom shadow with the Gradient tool and use Free Transform to add some perspective.
