Role Models and Mentors

Although most women (68 percent) do not have a mentor, more than half of them (53 percent) act as a mentor. The majority are motivated by women in IT success stories and they strongly agree that women role models are important. Unfortunately, as shown in the next paragraph, management positions are still dominated by men, which makes women's role models a scarcity.
