In this chapter, we have explored the various Remote Tools as well as the configuration settings for the Remote Tools Client Agent. We have also explored the process for installing and initiating a Remote Tools session with a client, monitoring the session's status, and troubleshooting potential problems. We've looked at three useful Microsoft BackOffice 4.5 Resource Kit utilities and at additional technical details regarding the remote control process. In Part III, we'll shift our focus to another set of SMS functions that deal more specifically with program management on client computers.
