Setting Default Formatting for E-Mail MessagesIf you're using Word to compose and send messages, you can set the default formatting for your e-mail messages in Word. You can use the E-Mail Options dialog box in Word to set default formatting and add e-mail signatures for your messages. When you set default formatting, you can add a theme and change font styles for new messages. If you need multiple signatures, you can add more than one. When you change settings in the E-Mail Options dialog box in Word, your changes are also set in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Set the Default Format
