Creating a Blank Publication

Publisher's preset designs can be a big help in getting you started when you create a new publication. Every so often, however, you want to create a unique publication, and none of the preset designs will do the job. In that case, you can start a blank publication. If you know how to create and use frames , you can create a publication from scratch. Nevertheless, you can still display the task pane to help you think of design elements and options, including orientation and layout. If none of the sample blank publications meet your needs, you can also create a custom page.
