Playing Back Worksheet Data

With Excel, you can have the computer read back data entered on a worksheet. The Text To Speech toolbar gives you options to read back data you select on a worksheet for verification. You can hear the contents of all the cells in a worksheet continuously or each individual cell after you enter data in it. Each cell is selected by row or column and the value or formula is read by the computer. If you hear an error or you're done listening to the data, you can stop the computer from speaking at any time.
