Holding an Online Meeting

Microsoft NetMeeting is a program that comes with Access 2003. It allows you to host, participate, and collaborate in an online meeting over the Internet or an intranet. You can share and exchange information as if everyone were in the same room. As a host for an online meeting, you can start the meeting and control the database. You can allow participants to make changes to the database. Each person in the online meeting can then take turns editing and controlling the database. As a participant and collaborator, you can share applications and documents, send text messages in Chat, transfer files, and work on the Whiteboard.
