Analysis of Risk

When we approach risk, we decide which ones are worth taking by asking ourselves a series of questions: Do they fit into our core ? Can we make money by doing it? Do we have the resources to execute it? Will we have fun doing it? Will it add value to customers and/or our employees ? What are the possible down sides or negatives to taking this type of risk? Will taking this risk jeopardize anything with which we have already been successful?
