Innovative thinking was used in the writing of this chapter on innovation. This type of thinking requires the continuous scanning of information and the gaining of knowledge from multidimensional sources, then taking diverse perspectives to form new amalgams of knowledge that generate new insights and ideas. Thus the ideas and information in this chapter come from no one source in particular and every source in generalsnippets and catalytic ideas from books, newspapers, magazines, conferences, acquaintances , Internet, radio and TV.
