Marc Savage , MCT, MCSE, MCSA, CNE 4.11, A+, Network+, is the senior national technical advisor and technical trainer for Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions in Ottawa, Canada. With more than seven years experience in microcomputer training and systems development in the private, public, and nonprofit organization sectors, Marc's professional expertise is focused particularly on providing companies with a clear vision in regard to Microsoft products and directions. He has also recently been selected to deliver a series of TPREPs on Windows 2003 in Canada. Marc lives in Ottawa, Canada, with his wife, Lynne, and two daughters, Isabelle and Carolyne. Jeff A. Dunkelberger , MCSE, MCT, is currently a Solution Architect in the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Microsoft Services practice, where he works with HP's large Federal government and commercial customers, helping them solve their business problems with Windows and Exchange solutions. Most recently, Jeff completed a special assignment as the Lab Master on the design and delivery team for the HP Windows 2003 Academy series. HP's Windows 2003 Academy program is an intense , practical field-training exercise attended by hundreds of HP's Windows consultants around the world. Jeff completed his master's degree in business management at the McGregor School of Antioch University and acts as a technical editor for several computer-book publishers.
