Chapter 11: Designing the User Interface

Overview

This chapter is the first in a series of chapters that shows how to build windowed applications using the VCL framework. The VCL (Visual Component Library) is Borland's class library that enables you to rapidly build high-quality Windows applications using either the Delphi for Win32 or the C++ language.

Other chapters that cover VCL Forms applications creation mostly use the Delphi language because C++Builder and Delphi VCL Forms applications only differ in syntax.
