Setting Up and Using Existing Shapes in Drawings

Visio and other applications have a great feature of a library of existing common shapes, like the ones in flow charts or other standard diagrams. If you want to use one, you just drag it to your document.

OpenOffice.org has the same capability, though you'll need to create the shapes yourself if you want specific items like flow chart diagrams. To use the Gallery of clip art or add to it, in Draw or any application, see Using and Setting Up Graphics and Colors on page 114.
