Choosing What Sheets to Print

Be sure to also refer to Program-Wide Standard Print Setup Options on page 75.

Choose Tools > Options > Spreadsheet > Print, or else File > Print and click Options. There are only two options:

• Suppress Output of Empty Pages If this field is marked , empty pages where there are no cell contents and draw objects are printed. Cell attributes such as margins or background color are not cell contents. The empty pages are not counted during page numbering.

• Print Only Selected Sheets Prints only selected sheets in the spreadsheet. To select a sheet for printing, click on the sheet name on the bottom margin of the workspace while keeping the Ctrl key pressed.
