This chapter covered a lot of informationand it only covered Integration Servicesspecific features! The Visual Studio Development Environment is feature rich and sometimes a bit complex. It is well worth the time to explore all the menu items, windows, settings, and dialog boxes to get a feel for where everything is. Hopefully, this little meandering tour through the designer gives you a quick start on developing packages. As mentioned at the beginning of this chapter, read though this chapter again after you've had a chance to work with Integration Services a bit. You'll find that some things that didn't make sense at first will become clear the more you understand Integration Services.
