In this chapter, you'll explore three additional utilities in the small business tools collection: Microsoft Small Business Customer Manager, Microsoft Direct Mail Manager, and Microsoft Business Planner. Customer Manager and Direct Mail Manager allow you to leverage your contact assets strategically for analysis purposes and targeted mass mailings. Business Planner is a catch-all planning tool— you can use it to design and write business and marketing plans, and to organize and study an extensive collection of business documents.
